I like the idea a lot, but the game still feels quite unfinished, unfortunately :(. The way the pieces moved was all over the place (king could move like a knight for example), and an AI to play against would improve the game immensely. As I said, I like the idea but there's still a lot of work to be do in order to make the game functional.

I liked the idea of random chess. It seems kind of impossible to make it work without breaking the rules of chess, though. (There were also some unforced illegal moves the engine allowed as well.)

The idea of random chess is cool, forcing the player to play that piece. But it is always hard to play a multiplayer game in a Jam
