The title screen set the mood very well. Music was somewhat glitchy though. I liked the pixel art. The concept reminded me of "Papers, Please" but seemed like the gameplay would focus more on the puzzle/card game genre which sounded interesting. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to figure out how to play this game. I drew cards, swapped them, swapped rows, played anthrax in an empty spot, but couldn't find any way to progress beyond the first round. I downloaded the game and also tried it in browser and ran into the same issues both ways. I like the concept and the art style is eye-catching, but fundamentally did not understand the game. Tutorial provides nice world-building backstory but didn't help me figure out gameplay. Would love to see another iteration on this.
