Enjoyed my time. Managed to soft-lock myself, so I wish there was a level reset option. Style is great, loved the look. Wish the blocks stood out a bit from the background when they are on the ground. Either an outline or a slight glow. Very good game.

I'm glad you enjoyed your time and to be fair, all of the things you suggested are things I wanted to implement but I was unfortunately too slow 🥲.

One of the levels really tricked me lol. This is a cool concept, I'd be curious to see how it could be expanded. Also, great art!

Awesome design and animations! The levels getting more difficult as you go and being introduced to different types of blocks as you progress was awesome.

Some quick suggestions:

  • Mini map showing pickups and end goal.
  • Number keys to switch to or place the blocks.
  • Remotely deconstruct and put blocks back in inventory.
  • Level select showing how many levels until reach the top of the mountain.
  • Restart level button.

Reverse gravity was my favorite. It was super fun to use. It may be unintentional, but I was able to use it and immediately pick it back up. This basically allowed me to fly. I used this to jump off the map, so I had to restart to beat the game.

Overall, it was a fun puzzle platformer. The ability to place blocks almost anywhere really lets players complete the level in their own way. Good job!

First of all I'm glad you liked it.

To address you criticism, 1) minimap sounds nice I haven't even though of it,  2) I wanted to implement that so badly but sadly there wasn't the time to do that (for me and emilen_p these four days were pretty eventful and I am really glad we were even able to submit) 3) I feel like that would make some levels really trivial 4) Yeah... same points as in point 2, 5) My bad that really should have been there...

(Let's not talk about the gravity switcher (I knew about that bug, but again not enough time time to fix it, there were more pressing issues))

Thank you for the feedback and I am really happy that you like the game overall 😁

Quite a nice game! Love the concept and the artwork. Accidentally found out that the jump pad affects broken blocks too, had a lot of fun with that at the end. Overall good game and I enjoyed it!

Glad to know you liked that feature (it took a non-zero amount of effort to get it working (which I probably should have used on main menu 🤷))

fun small platformer. kind of unfortuante some puzzles are easily double with less blocks and some clever placing of objects. overall pretty fun!

Yeah... The levels were made in a rush (first five were made at 3am...), but I'm really glad you still had fun with it!
