Controls were a bit confusing, would love if it were possible to move the robot with keyboard WAD or arrow keys, but otherwise lovely game! Robot art is very cute
You actually can move left/right with arrows or A/D. My bad for not mentioning it in the game text.
The extendo stiff is a bit weird to control, but I had a fun time with it overall! Great concept. Hope you expand on it!
Cool concept and fun gameplay but controls required a little bit more polish. Good work
The concept pretty cool. However, the controls are a bit weird.
Thank you for the feedback! Do you have any specific suggestions for what changes to make to the controls?
Wait, I just found out that you can use a keyboard to move around instead of clicking where you want to go. With it, it's way easier to play. But maybe also add a w/s control to expand the body upward/downward.
Cool, thanks! Yeah I agree that feels like it should work but I couldn't figure out the details. The issue is that there can be multiple vertical sections (once you get past the tutorial). So when there's more than one vertical segment that can extend, which one should extend when you press up? It makes a difference because the arms will be at a different height.
Great game! Some feedback from my experience: at first I didn't realize that it wasn't timed and was just repairing one thing at a time. I didn't realize that the money scaled with the amount that you repaired until a couple minutes in. Overall great for a game jam! Great feel and great mechanics. Good job!
Really cool concept and great art and style. I'd love it if there was some kind of timer/quota, that would make this a super hectic puzzle game
Oh yeah I like that idea. Thanks for the suggestion!
Just some photos of my whiteboard during the game jam. Thanks for checking the game out!
