How does your game fit the theme?
The game requires you to place towers in a way to allow them to double in size as a consequence of restoring health and having a temporary boost in attack power. If you don't do this the towers become less viable in the defense of your ship

A tower defense game in space is a unique idea. I think the game would feel more polished if there is more impactful feedback on where you damage or break the upcoming enemies towards you. A sound effect or visual one would be nice. Would be more challenging if we have respawn time to build more plane, as it is currently quite quick to get strong. But alas, good job for the game. :)
I agree with the commenters below that the game misses some signaling. It very unclear what the effects of your actions were. I also found the the difficulty ramped up too quickly around 100 points, but maybe that is a skill issue.
The fact that towers only scaled temporarily was also very confusing. Wouldnt it be interesting if they were permanently that large? That would require strategic planning for the future, and constantly building out further. You would also have room for multiple upgrades. I see lots of potench, to dig up a reference from some years ago.
Overall, well done!
I like the music of your submission. It would be more challenging if the towers actually had some build time before placing so you can't just wait to see where the danger is coming from and making it more strategic. Also because there's no damage indicator it was unclear what upgrading the towers really did, as it seemd to me upraded towers were weaker and also filled more space on your 'board'. Overal, congrats on your submission!
Super cool! I love the space music a lot. The background is super cool and I like that you can zoom in/out and move around with the cool parallax effect. I got 138 on my best run. Good work!
Towers wouldn't place often
Oh sorry, the bug was literally just one line of code, its because it permanently fills the square where the tower scales up, thanks for playing anyways (:
