How does your game fit the theme?
Ever played golf and wished the ball fell right in the hole? You strike the ball and wish the hole was a bit to the left, or if you had applied more strength, it would have gone in? Ever wish you could move the hole yourself? If your answer to all these questions was “Yes” then we have a game for you. In Reverse Putt you can do exactly that. Once the ball is launched in the air, use cues such as shadows and trajectory lines to place the hole where you think the ball is going to land. The closer to the hole the ball lands, the higher your score.

Neat idea, and fun game!
I think others have already mentioned it, but there are definitely a lot of points that I'd want tweaked / improved if it were to be a "full" game; but for a jam this is really nice!
Gauging the speed of the ball is somewhat near impossible but the presentation and idea is great!
yes, and we should have probably made the point zone a bit larger 😅 Thank you for playing our game and the review 🙂
When i put the golf ball in the hole the sound almost killed me! fun game and concept! camera a bit weird
hehe thank you for the review☺️ surely aiming for improvements in upcoming jams
That was such an interesting concept, but a bit lacking in execution. The camera movement was incredibly frustrating, I also found my golfer would launch his balls into the rocks rather frequently. I also wished the game would continue after more than the first shot. Overall though this is a game, and that is quite something for 48 hours. Well done!
thanks for your reviews :) yea we agree, execution wise there are a lot of points that could be improved upon. We as students, aim at making better and more polished games for future game jams.
This was super creative and very fun to play enjoyed it a lot!
Thank you so much for your review.
