in our game the roles of the chef of an office switched with the roles from the worker. the worker wants to make to most money but you as the chef want to make no profit.

Interesting concept! The artstyle is very charming as well!
I liked the art, the music and the style of game. I quickly got bored because shouting on my coworkers and answering mails were the only available actions. Sometimes, when I shout on the workers, they keep working.
I think it's a very nice entry for this jam. Well done.
Had fun, neat idea. Wasn't sure if there was any win or lose so that would be a nice addition for some gravity to what I'm doing in the game.
