Interesting twist of pacman! Also nice how the dot are bulb and the screen gets darker the more pacman has eaten. I was thinking to apply a choice for the ghosts ai as well but i run out of time for that. However the goal in your game is that pacman wins, mine is in favour of the ghosts.

I was a bit confused about the win condition, but really REALLY loved the concept and the mechanics. I hope you can improve upon this game!
Really liked the management element of controlling each ghost! Would love to see PacMan chase/target the ghosts when he picks up the big dots~
