Pretty cute first game jam attempt! Randomizing every run is a neat choice and some of the dialogue was pretty funny. Maybe you could try adding a lose condition or something to raise the stakes, but it’s also nice to just have a chill game every once in a while :)
(by the way, fun fact: Leeches actually do help with certain illnesses like joint issues! But yeah, definitely not with the plague)
I like that there can be bad outcomes depending on what you do. Really good gasme for a solo person and first jam, congrats!

For a first gamejam, you can surely be proud of yourself. :) I found the game funny, the texts were well written. I'd love to see this as a finished product, because there is a lot of potential.
