I quite like the concept, however I feel that it is quite small in scope, even for a jam game, some music, even something royalty free or something from public domain, would do this game wonders, I think that this game could be a very fun arcader where the more enemies you kill, the tougher the game gets but you also get more options, i. e. after 5 kills, the enemies' health grows and you get an extra action - "plead" that is like "wait" but it maybe lowers the attackers' damage, just a few things like these would make the game much more replayable.
Again, I love the concept, but it feels like this game was made is 12, 6 or 3 hours, not 48
