Nice job! I had a really fun time playing! Twin-stick style shooters are always great. The aesthetic and sfx are great too, some background music to accompany it would be a great extra touch. I wasn't sure what the downside of some of the other abilities were, but I like the overall idea of the abilities changing. If the different ones had weird downsides too then it would really make you constantly adapt which would be awesome. Overall great job!
