How does your game fit the theme?
This game fits the theme in several ways: 1) You must keep the potion's properties low enough and keep them from getting out of control. 2) Some levels will begin with certain elements being placed in the recipe and forcing you to adapt. 3) You have incomplete information about each element's properties and must experiment yourself to find their proper use.

Definitely into the concept, but as others have already pointed out, it gets pretty confusing and without a real tutorial I found myself lost after the first couple levels. The art style and music could also use some work. Overall, with some more time put in and a longer, more well explained tutorial this game could be rather interesting!

Hi Zoro! I'm glad that you got to try the game, and you're right, the consensus so far seems to be that the concept is interesting, but the mechanics aren't introduced clearly. I'm curious, is the confusion mostly regarding the unknown properties of the elements themselves, the click and drag controls, or the meters/objective?

Thank you for your comment, I appreciate your feedback! : )

The concept is really cool, but I was definitely confused about how to mix potions correctly. I think somewhere I could click to keep checking the tutorial would help. I think this game has a lot of potential though!

If you have time, please try out and rate the game I worked on for the Jam called "Foobar". Thanks!

Hey, thanks so much for your feedback! I played Foobar and left you a comment with my thoughts. You're right, I think it would help to have that tutorial pop up anytime you go back to level 1, that way people will be more inclined to experiment with elements. I definitely appreciated having the tutorial one click away at all times in your game. Cheers!

Found the game-play to be confusing with little tutorial to go along with the first few levels, and ended up getting more confusing as it was hard to tell how exactly the different 'chemicals' went along with each-other.

Visuals were interesting and appealing.

I really liked this one! It's very creative, and I found myself mixing together a lot of different substances.

Thanks, glad to hear you got to experiment!
