This twist on a pawnshop is was very creepy and I enjoyed it a lot. I was not sure what the right choices were in the end, but I did not mind much. I appreciate a mixed media approach, especially with assets made directly from the jam site :D The art is beautiful!
Thanks :) as for the right choices - there were none, we just tried to make the choices to be gradually more "difficult" and to challenge the players view of authenticity. We do have a strong oppinion of what the right choice for "Carbonara made with cream" is tho... The credits for the art go solely to @MatNed, who drew everything by hand and made the game come more alive than we ever hoped for.
This game triggered my need to collect seemingly useless objects and I enjoyed that a lot. The simplicity of the gameplay gives it a lot of charm too!
This game has something that I can't quite describe but I love the art and the simplicity of the design, it knows exactly what vibe it wants and how it wants to achieve it and I'm all here for it!
