I tried using .OBJ and and .GLTF but they didnt work

Use .glb files. On Kenney`s site there are many free 3D objects to download. Also, sketchfab.com has many as well.

how can you open a 3d file over 15mb

You can convert obj+texture to glb online!

The format used in the app is .glb, that one can include mesh and textures, that's why we choose .glb

I used obj files for my submission, but I also support md2.
