By saying sub 5 minutes in the Jam Description, can the game be an endless runner or something like that, or it has to be completed in less than 5 minutes? Thanks.

Also curious about this. Is 5 minutes a reference in how quick a level should be completed in?

Not necessarily, though it is the most viable option I can think of.

On the other hand, maybe your game is something that players will naturally finish before 5 minutes and will try to always beat their previous time.
