Player controller feelt a bit weird to me; think it could help to separate aim and movement completely and not move relatively to the direction that you are facing since game has a more top-down feel to it. Shooting effect with physics impact on enemies and power ups are very satisfying. Also might have encountered a minor bug: it gets super hard after restart; I'm not sure if state of enemy waves is reset because it was back to normal once I refreshed my browser and started a new game. Gratz on the submission!

thanks for the feedback. Weirdly though, the restart works fine in the editor but doesn’t seem to on itch. I’ll try and see what happened.

Gave it a try but i couldnt get it to scale at all with the window and there is no full screen option so I couldnt actually play it. If you enable the full screen option on the Itch page that would probably fix it. Congrats on submitting something though but hopefully you get it working later

I had some trouble uploading the game, as I haven’t before, but I’ll upload a downloadable (and full screen) version very soon

I liked the shooting mechanic quite a bit! It was fun to send the enemies flying with my bullets. I had a bit of trouble reading the UI both in the game and the tutorial. Perhaps there is a resize to screen setting that needs to be applied to the UI that can help with that.

Good on you for improving your C# code through finishing a game jam and best of luck on your next game dev journey steps!

unfortunately, I had a bit of trouble when uploading my game, so I will upload a downloadable version this evening which should be better
