Congrats on your submission!  I like the art and feel of the game, but seems like the bugs make it a little unplayable, sadly.  I got stuck when I found the second item, but couldn't pick it up!

Sadly I couldnt continue the game after talking to the guy who wants the sunglasses... didn't let me out of the dialog.

Developer

sorry 😔

No need to sorry! Say when it works and I'm gonna try it again! We are here to learn! Don't give up yet! We can still bugfix

I had to reupload like five times!

Although I like the concept, I feel the game mechanics aren't very clear. I don't understand what it means when I see the minus signs on the agent looking characters and some objects don't seem to do anything when I interact with them. I do like the graphics though so I'll give you points for that. I don't want you to feel discouraged, I wish you the best!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. The minus sign is supposed to be the space-bar to start the dialogue.  I see now that it should probably be just one key for all interactions. For the graphics I was going for a flat 2D style, glad you like it.

You bet!

Hi, I noticed your submission is missing source folders. Your source is everything someone needs to download your game, open it in the game engine, and hit Play to play the game. In your case, your source is missing the Packages and ProjectSettings folders. Here is an example of what your source should look like: https://github.com/icepol/DeathIsOnlyTheBeginning

Developer

sorry - I have fixed it now

Yup, it looks good now :)
