Hello! As I’ve never joined a jam before I have no idea about what my submission should consist of and how to prepare it (like how to prepare the source code and share it and all that stuff). Can anyone help me?

This guy explain quite well how to submit on a jam:

https://itch.io/jam/tasjam-for-health/topic/7595/how-to-submit-to-itchio

I think this is a good example.

Thank you, this was somewhat helpful but then again after I build my game, what files do I need to include in the zip file exactly and on the other hand, how would I go about it if I chose the github option?

I think it's best to put in a zip the build of the game on itch.io, and on github the source code only.
Obviously in the post on itch.io you will have to put a link to github.
On Github it's possible to have a page and put the build, but I don't know how to do it yet.

thanks im new too
