Ah, a game using SVG, with interesting console-output ;-)
I like the graphics-style, looks smooth. What a pitty, that you could not finish it.
You have a README which is great, but you'll need a License file as well (these are two main criteria for open source category). Remember to fill out your README when you get a chance too.
Looks like we get to row around in a boat. I noticed when I made the screen full screen, that it was HUGE! Looks like there is a good foundation here for your game. Don't forget to add some music and sound effects too. Good luck 🥰.
