Hi everyone! I just published my entry for the Game Off 2025 jam about WAVES, and I'd love for you to give it a whirl.

The Game is called Sandal Dash. It's a fast-paced, casual game where you control a pair of sandals desperately fleeing a tidal wave! 馃寠

To survive, you must rapidly dash from one floating platform to the next. The catch? You have seconds to align your sandals with the next platform's specific orientation before you dash. It's a quick test of speed, precision, and reflexes! It's easy to pick up —perfect for a few quick, adrenaline-fueled runs. How long can you keep your footwear from getting soaked?

鉃★笍Play it here:   https://doriliangames.itch.io/sandal-dash

I'm eager for your feedback on the mechanics and overall fun factor. Let me know your high score!

Pretty good, I finished level 1 - could be very interesting and fast paced, I'll have to try on mobile for probably a better experience.  I like the puzzle aspect of orienting towards the future position/lines.  I imagine a level with crabs where you have to pre-decide the click move clicks for orientation to go three places very quickly without having a chance to pause and think.  Here's my link -- not a WAVES game but is a WAVES game -- you'll see --

Hi! I played your game. I am terrible at Scrabble, so at the beginning I couldn't make a single word, but then I used the Brain Waves to get new letters and finally made a couple of words. I like the options to personalize the game, and I see that one can spend a long time playing it. Suitable for Scrabble aficionados! Keep the good work.

Wow, 2nd time playing was much more fun.  I guess I figured out you collect the shells and avoid the crabs.  I found myself dashing pretty well this time.  Good fun and a couple satisfying dashes.  Nice game.
