Theme interpretation
Moonshot thinking is achieving something generally believed to be impossible. The term "when pigs fly" is a term that is generally used to describe impossible things, hence the name and the concept of making pigs fly in the game.

I like the idea of a pig hang gliding, but I couldn't get it to go anywhere but down.
