Can we use the 3rd party assets from the Unity Asset Store?
Yes! As long as your main tool is Game Creator, you can use any 3D assets, audio or coding tools. Just be sure to mention which tools you've used during the submission :-)
Oh, another question. VR allowed?
Unfortunately no. Not all jury have access to a VR headset so it's better to stick to classic platforms
