The rules state that it should be a maximum of 60 seconds, but that seems really short? Just wondering if that was a typo and you meant minimum. Thanks in advance!

It's 60 seconds maximum. 

And it will hopefully help to prevent burnout. 

Although you could put tons of work into 60 seconds of animation.
