I think this idea is creative and has a lot of potential! The idea of creating a bootleg console or something with the hardware as a puzzle thing would be really cool, or maybe working against the clock/on a factory line.
That would defiantly have been cool, i struggled just getting the basic foundation in, since the mechanics were a bit different that "shooter" mechanics i've been deadling with before :D So that didnt leave to much time to the extra creativity. It a love2d project, if you feel like it you can mod it after you desire, there is also a link to the source code :D

thnx comrade. after playing a lot of the other bootlegs, i wish i had put in a skeleton boss after each time you bootlegged a console :D but i guess you can always come up with extra stuff after submission :D haha. Thx for playing!

Interesting take on the bootleg theme by making it about bootlegging the console itself, that's really neat. I miss the skeletons though.
There is a skeleton in the splash screen, and everytime you complete a mod on a console. Yeah i probobly should have gone with more skeletons.
I had the idea that you should be able to switch betewen two scenes, everytime you modded a console then a skeleton would walk aroaund with it under his arm and then sit down and start playing. :D Most time was not my friend in this :D
