Are we allowed to use games that have already started or do we have to make the entire things once it starts.
The spirit of the jam is to make the vast majority of the game within the constraints of the jam. Bringing some starting code, assets, and ideas is fine, so whatever that means to you and lets you have fun. I'm not a cop.
