Would be super fun to take this to the beach with some dice and a tray and live out a little adventure. The text is a bit hard to read with the light color, but I really dig the postcard/message-in-a-bottle vibe and the variety of tables to roll on — inclusions like Buildings and Discoveries make for an extra step up to help drive the fiction that might otherwise be easily overlooked. As a journaling game, I especially like having an important resource to track and manipulate, and the way that it ends up feeling like a tight, easy-to-parse, tabletop-ified version of survival/crafting video games.

Ah, a neat little game this is. The layout and theme is cozy, which is weird considering you may be dismembered by a wild animal as you play.
Such is life.
