Simple but effectful mechanic that fits the thematic of the dwindling flame. That’s great! And I do love the evocative naming of concepts throughout - that brings it home to me. Looking forward to trying this with a group when camping in the dark!
Naming basic mechanics to fit the theme is my #1 trick for pulling together a concept :P
This would be super fun on a camping trip! I wanted to try something like that with the game Ten Candles, but that brings a bit of a fire hazard, haha.
