Very often after I did something the game freezes (only in the web version).
A lot of work has been done and it's a good game with an interesting idea. But I think games like this take a long time to create. It would be nice to understand what resource each building brings. It would be possible to make a timer that separated this development and this raid. It would be nice to add sounds and music. Enemies stack and get stuck in walls, making killing them no longer necessary. But if it weren’t for this, they would have demolished me at the beginning of the game, when I didn’t understand anything, and then too. Plants have a huge advantage, and I don’t have enough resources to counter them at the beginning.
Took me a while to figure out how it all works, but once I understood it, it was a fun little experience! I'd love for it to be a little faster paced, but maybe it's just slower in the browser version. I think the concept and execution of the concept are great, and it's a really creative idea! Would love to see it more polished up with a tutorial, and more interesting gameplay situations.
I am sorry about the resolution, the game is developed using python and the pygame framework, which has no innate browser support. Its translated using another library, which means I couldnt scale the game up or enable fullscreen, I will keep looking for a solution tho. The download version is much better.
And yeah the gameplay and mechanics are not really clear and easy to understand, I will keep gameplay clarity more in mind in the future.
The game is so small it's very hard to see anything. And even when I can place a building I don't really understand what's going on and what do I have to do.
And I don't think right click is good to place buildings, why not use left click to place and right click to cancel?
Looks like there was alot of good effort and work put into the game, cool systems and building placemenet looks like it works well. I like the art and the idea. Although being honest it was very hard to play the game. There’s no fullscreen option and the resolution is small so I had to zoom in on my browser super far, and then the UI was super hard to read so I couldn’t make out any of the information that appeared when hovering over icons.
Thought I was placing buildings when clicking on the land when it turned blue and nothing was happening so I couldn’t really see any gameplay. My main feedback would be to just double check things are readable in game, I like to send a link to a friend and ask them for their thoughts before submitting anything so I can get a quick playtest in. You don’t need a full tutorial too, just a pop up at the start which explains controls, what to do etc that can just be hidden when a button is pressed is more than enough. Think you just got unlucky with time 20-30 minutes or so of tweaks would have done this game massive favours

Thanks for the feedback, all you said really makes sense, the gameplay clarity is not good, I will keep that in mind for future games and possible updates.
Ah that’s understandable. You do have a very cool game here though especially for two days so well done!
I dont know how to get knowladge or antibiotics and they arent shown on my ui.
Also, all the planet enemies just shoot at my buildings behind a wall, so they cant ever destroy them, which trivializes the game a bit.
The hero we need was not controlable at all.
Also, it took me a while to figure out you have to right click to place buildings.
Hey, Cool game bro. I can already imagine the time that went into all these systems. It looks like you put a lot of thought into this. NGL I was a bit confused on how to play the game at first. But an awesome game can be surely make into a proper game with more time!!
Thank you for the rating and comment, I agree, the game does seem quite confusing at first, with more time I would have made smaller turorial levels before throwing the player into the world... Maybe I will keep developing this game after the Jam.
