Decent Game, Good Narrative
The colored texts as well as the animated ones were a great touch to signify who is talking and to invoke significance respectively. I personally like how you used the engine to create the post-it notes and letters with text as well as using the limitations to your advantage.
An issue I do have is that the game immediately stopped on a certain passage I saw that wasn't colored in purple, and in your tutorial, text in that color signified an ending, but the choice wasn't colored that way and now I am stuck on what I assume to be an incomplete passage. I don't know if you're supposed to return to the title screen once you get an ending, but for me, it wouldn't continue so I couldn't tell.
Overall, the narrative is good but I was limited on understanding the full experience because of the main issue I had.
also a minor pet peeve of mine during your story was the inconsistent capitalizations of words in the passages, some dialog started with a capital letter while others were not. but that is a minor issue I just like to point out.
I saw this game from a Reddit Post and thought I would give it a try. If you're reading this, have a pleasant rest of your day or whatevers.
Absolutely loved the story and all the small details within it. I got so immersed into the story and if you ever work on this again I will definitely play again! I need to know what happened to the sister!!
