Unity game submission question??

How are you guys submitting your project zip files? The whole project OR only part of it OR a unitypackage file.

I did a unitypackage file for my previous file, but that resulted in a bit of breaking of the SceneManager as the scenes were not in the build settings. Is there any better way that takes around the same amount of storage (1 - 20 MB)

I actually didnt know how to upload in day 1. Uploaded it 1 minute before deadline 0_0. Just grab the whole project file, and make it .zip

I just uploaded the following folders from the Project folder:

Assets, Packages & Project Settings.

I don't know if this is 100% the right way, but the Project works & the filesize is below 100MB. 

If someone knows more, pls tell!

The only folder you dont need is libary because unity can generate that by the editor which is usually huge.
