EDIT: We have a full team of 5 - not looking for anyone else as of now

Original post:
Hi, I'm Nuno, 32 year old hobbyist game-making person.
I love making games and want to do more collaboration, so here I am!
I'd like to to join or form a team of 3-5 people

1. What can I do? [Skills and Abilities]

Here's something I worked on recently: https://nunodasneves.itch.io/dungeon-wizard

Programming: A+
I write code for a job, have made games from scratch and in various engines
Happy to use any engine or framework. Would prefer to use Godot for this jam
Game Design: B
I think I've made some fun games
Art (2D, pixel, animation): B
I have decent art fundamentals and know how to do animations and stuff
Production and Organizing stuff: C
I know how to use Trello
Sound, Music: C
I can make basic sound and music
Narrative, Writing: C-
I can write words, if pressed

2. What would I like to focus on? [something you already know how to do, or developing a weaker area?]

Programming, game design, but I don't want to be the only programmer/engine-wrangler.
Happy to fill in as needed for art/producing, if I have the time

3. What can't I do?

Not really interested in doing sound/music, writing/story stuff

4. What don't I care about - i.e. other people can have "full reign" over?

Art, music, writing

5. What is my time commitment to this project?

I work a full time job. I can do 1 hour on weekdays, maybe 8 hours across a weekend.

6. What kind of games do I like? What genres or game types do I enjoy playing or working on, or would like to try making?

I've recently enjoyed titles such as Pseudoregalia, UFO 50, Animal Well, Balatro, Factorio, Hades, Thronefall, Slay the Spire, Arco, A Difficult Game About Climbing, Magic and Mayhem (1998), and Super Smash Brothers Melee for the Nintendo Gamecube (2001).
So you know, roguelike/lites, metroidvanias, adventure/zelda-likes, and a bunch of stuff.

I'm open to different ideas about what to make.

Hello

I can help out with art.

1. What can I do? [Skills and Abilities]

Limited to 2d. Can do pixel art. Not confident with environments. But I can only do so much as support to the art team.

2. Who would I like to focus on? [something you already know how to do, or developing a weaker area?]

Already know how to do portraits. Can do concept art work Want to do a bit of pixel art animation. Want to do environments.

3. What can't I do?

3d. Code. music.

4. What don't I care about - i.e. other people can have "full reign" over?

Coding, music.

5. What is my time commitment to this project?

Probably 3-5 hours in a week. I'll be the second fiddle on art if anything..

6. What kind of games do I like? What genres or game types do I enjoy playing or working on, or would like to try making?

Arcade games.

Hey there! Music/sound producer here. Been a performer for a long time but been itching to make a career move into game music development. Done two jams, no finished games yet. Just been trying to put together a small portfolio so far. I can do all the music/sound production but need some help with implementation. Tried to use FMOD and about lost my head.

Here's my Soundcloud link:

My track Under the Stars won the Broken Telephone #2 jam a month or so back. Battle of the Crabwalker was supposed to be for an epic boss fight. Let me know what you think!

Hey! Your work looks awesome - just checked out Whiteboard Warriors and I'm super impressed.
But, I did already find another person to help out with the programming (was just about to update this post when I saw your comment).
Our team has 5 people now and I think it will be tough to coordinate if the group gets any bigger, sorry.

Thanks :)
And no worries, good luck with the jam 馃憤
