For some reason I quite enjoyed the rainbow coloured environment, sfx obviously would have probably added a bit and also using space instead of mouse to start.
Cool game, instead of flappy bird I'd say geometry dashes ship. I'd love some more music and sounds there... Graphics are minimalistic, yet pretty good, still the effect of ship could be placed a bit better I guess. Overall really cool game, good job :3
Don't be sorry ;-; Also there is a lot of cool sounds that are free to use online... at music, I recommend finding a friend in other game jams that can do it, or learning it by yourself :3 (Fun, yet irritating and hard process.) Overall still cool game
