Nice game
I think this game has a lot of charm. The music is a good fit, but could maybe do with some additional SFX, maybe death sound for the bad guys. I think the character art and the art for the external areas in the tutorial look great, but I think the art for the interior could do with a little extra time to match the quality you set for the characters and external areas. The slow mechanic was novel, certainly for entries in this game jam. Gameplay wise i found it very easy, and never really felt in any peril ( at not point did i need to roll, jump or use the slow-mo in order to kill all the bad guys before they got near me. With some future updates I think you could have a cool game on your hands partner!

I found a bug: when you continue from the tutorial to the next level with slo-mo active, you get infinite slow motion.
