Thanks for the feedback! I agree that it would be more intuitive if the shots would travel all the way to the edges of the game area and I also tried this approach. The problem with it is that it makes the game dramatically easier, so the challenge would have to come elsewhere, like from way tougher opponents. I guess the optimal solution would be the combination of both of these firing modes and a smart player would use each for the right kind of opponent. I've actually been trying out some other things as well, so stay tuned :)
139 seconds will have to do for me. I'm not very good at there tower defenses. Really nice stressful effect that the turret turned so slowly. I kept being fooled a lot though because I kind of kept expecting the shots to be going for the entire length of the screen, not to the mouse.

Good fun! Seemed like it was tuned nicely, and the difficulty ramped up well :)
I would make the shots go the length of the screen - or at the very least, up until the mouse - I shot past people a few times!
