Love a good old pizza making game. A few critiques though; 1) Either put the tutorial in the game or underneath the game on its itch page. Opening a whole document and reading a bunch of text can be quite off-putting to some people, and not as convenient to some. 2) In game, it was a little confusing as to what pizzas I should be making, until I noticed the penguin in the top left was showing me what the needed ingredients were. At first glance, I thought it was just a food item on the ground. A speech bubble or some clearer indication of the visual instructions would be a good thing to add.

Other than that, once I figured it all out, I can say it was a very neat little game!

Love the effort you put into the new employee guide booklet, very nice touch for a very cool cooking sim :)

Always love a pizza making game :] This was simple and fun to take a few tries with.

I am glad you liked it!

Neat pizza making game, definitely would be nice to include the instructions in the game itself - but the simplicity of the concept was pretty charming.

I did consider putting them in the game itself. I was trying to make the game feel more like a classic NES or SNES game where the user has to read the manual to get a backstory for the game and controls itself.

This was a lovely pizza-making game! The amount of player feedback (the sprint bar, the highlighting of what you're looking at, etc.) helps me as a player to pick up on the game's rules without necessarily needing to read the instructions. I would say that it would help to include the instructions in the game itself, but for the time frame of the jam, this was lovely!
