I really liked the concept behind the ability system. Having to make a choice between limited powerup configurations makes for an interesting challenge. I wish the player had some baseline level of power though. I had one game where I wasn't really thinking and didn't pick any weapons before starting, so I had no way to attack anybody. It's still a cool system though.

it may seem inappropriate, but we need votes to not be downgraded.

If you could test our game that would be great :)

Developer

Yeah i did before this comment :)

I like the idea of the game. You can select an ability and you can also only move in one direction. There were some issues however. I did not know which direction could go in without pressing random buttons. I like the shotgun. The shotgun is great.

Thanks for playing and commenting!

Sorry it wasnt clear, "the confinder" can select up to 9 abilities, and moving in each direction is ability. For example, if i place the confinder like this...

...I will be able to: move right, move left, move down, dash and shoot the pistol.

I hope this helps and youll play the game again after you know this and enjoy it more

Oh okay, the confinder wasn't quite clicking with me how it worked. I am glad you explained it, it was a whole lot more fun know that I knew.
