Well I did feel alone and it was creepy, but I wouldn't say mental health creepy. I loved the mall what a beautiful environment and story telling. Controls felt great and sound felt Stranger thingsish which was fitting.

When you extract the game, the files scatter everywhere, it would be better for the files to be inside of a folder.

The game has nice graphics and illustrations, i don't think it fits the theme of the jam though, feeling fear is the opposite of loneliness (for me), that thing just made me wanna run away, also, the game was hard and i couldn't complete it.
