How does your game fit the theme?
The player character is living a normal life. They are killed (the ending) and end up in the afterlife, having to complete a challenge to continue their role (carer of animals) in the afterlife (the new beginning).
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I made all of the graphics, code and music, I did use a couple of external SFX from Zapsplat Gold, as well as a Google Font.

How many hours did it take to code this game?
Spent less than 72 hours on it solo, including the programming, art, music, animation etc.
Graphics and the lights are awesome ! I think that the controls could be improved, they feel sluggish. Good base to work from here, keep it up !
It was not bad. I liked how second level looked - it felt like an afterdeath. Controlls were slow for me, but still not bad.
