How does your game fit the theme?
The player has to die in one floor in order to proceed to another, there for an end is a new beginning.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code but I didn't make the assets, those are from Kenney Assets.

I've got an error too, when I was trying to start the game

Rated! Very nice try my friend, I was looking after this even when you were posting on discord. Some feedback from my side: when I am a frog and use my tongue sometimes the particles on the bottom stay, maybe delete the gameobject when it does in unity. Also when I am a frog I had a bit of hard time moving through the terrain. Overall really nice try and continue doing games and improving!
If you want try our game as well and leave us some feedback. We took a very unique approach to the theme. :D
Cool Entry! the game feels very fun to play. the game lagged for me a bit, but maybe that's just my bad computer :). game could use some more polish, but that's understandable due to the time restrictions
