It's ok, not a fan of the installer for a game made for a gamejam.

How do I do it without an installer? I'm new to Unity

Not sure how to help you with that, the default build in unity should be just a folder with an executable file you can just launch without installing, or at least for me it's always been like that

Developer

yes it gives you an executable file, but you can't just give that to someone because you need other files like unity crash handler and unity player. Also, you need the data for the game which is in a folder. So I was unable just to upload the executable file. Even though it works for me when I download the game personally it wouldn't work for anyone else. This is why I am wondering if there is some other way you do it.

Oh ok, it's an easy fix, just make the destination folder a compressed folder and upload that
