Unfortunately didn't manage to understand momentum and when to release space. Maybe a first level like a tutorial would have been helpful where you pause the game in crucial moments and explain what the user needs to do and only unpaused it if he presses the right key. Really hard to figure on my own cause I guess it needs precise timing. Love the art and the rewind is really well implemented!

There is a time rewind mechanics which u can use to build up momentum to boost your speed
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All the code is mine, All the artwork also mine, Only the Sound came from unity and other places.
