I had a nice time trying to ping 'nothing' about the level for a bit and enjoyed the music. Would have been good to have a few more features, like collectible objects or multiple levels or effects when you hit the red waves for example... but appreciate it was a solo dev effort and you made all the assets including audio!

Awesome, great to hear you've enjoyed it!

Spoiler warning if you haven't finished the game.

This is definitely a unique take on the theme, I just wish the theme of the jam allowed for some depth to its unique takes, seeing as all you could get out of it was a single pun. For the gameplay itself, those sorts of fake outs may be funny when you're making the game, but they don't really work if that's the intended path. Especially if it's the only intended path and it's full of fake-outs like that, it just ends up feeling confusing.

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. I very much understand your point with the fakeouts and it is true that it's not nessecarily the best gameplay-wise (but you're right, it was fun to make). My intention was very much to confuse the player, so glad to see i succeeded in that :) but i get your point about it not being the best gameplay.

Again, thank you much for your feedback
