I liked the idea, and the clicking sound effect is really satisfying, but at the start its an information overload and I wasn't sure what all of it meant and how changing the funcing affects the statistics and the reports, I think the idea is cool though and it has potential :

Good start to a city management game. The honking car sound effect really needs to go though, it drove me insane.

Some ideas to maybe make this more engaging: events (droughts, fires, etc) to require more interaction; achievements or goals.
