How does your game fit the theme?
You play a billionaire preparing a doomsday shelter to wait out the climate crisis. It's about exploiting the calm before the storm to ensure yourself and your riches at the expense of the rest of humanity.

The game is political satire by the way.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes. Which also why the games lack any graphics whatsoever.

I've survived doomsday, all I had to do was pull myself up by my bootstraps and cause a mass extinction! It's a cool concept and an interesting premise that I haven't seen before, nice work.

Very unique concept and I like that is a satire! The game would benefit from having nice UI art :) Keep up the good work!

Very interesting idea! Good job!

Would be even better with sounds and some work on the visuals! :D

Interesting premise, balancing some resources to acquire others. I couldn't easily spot why gold seemed to always go up in price despite any of my actions, which soft-locked me from winning (I assume?). Even despite the lack of graphics and audio, I think you've got the core of an intriguing mechanic. Nice job

Developer

It totally did softlock you. And you're right to call it out.

One of the missing features was popups every year with your analysts telling you the development of the gold prices. They don't start going up until after first year at which point urgency starts to creep up. Thanks for playing and sharing your opinion :)
