How does your game fit the theme?
The game loop starts calm and peaceful, then when the storm comes at night, the game becomes extremely hectic!
There is a physical and metaphorical storm, allusions to the calm life before the Solar Radiation Storm, and hints about the final storm at the end of the game...
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All code was written by me. 3D models were either free assets, edited, or created by me in Blender. Sounds were also mostly from Freesound.

Very strange, but fun game xd
That was deeply unsettling. The face, the way they were eating the fish, the shop owner—all of it felt like something straight out of a nightmare. The atmosphere was uniquely disturbing. Well executed.
I was really hoping to hit the dream-like, uncanny valley feel so this comment is music to my ears haha. Thank you for playing it!
I loved the game! The gameplay was simple, but well made!
Thank you and thanks for playing!
Thanks for submitting your game to the stream! If you wanted to look at it again in the future heres the vod timestamped to your game
10/10 would get murdered by bracken again
Thanks again for doing this! Now you have irrefutable proof of your true gamer skills...
I love the ridiculousness of this game. Got me hooked for a while. The effort on the monologue is really impressive (but the skip feature was appreciated).
I learned to put in an opt-out from my yapping last game jam haha. Thanks for playing!
Funny game! I really appreciate your effort and the potential for memes. Well done on that! Please take a look at my submission. I hope you find it entertaining!
Thanks for playing, just finished playing yours!
NICE, the story is really good and it fit the theme nicely, great job!!
Thank you for playing, I am glad you enjoyed the story!
Nice game, the models look cool with the concept. Nice picture :D. Overall a great job and Good Luck!
Thank you for playing! Your team did a crazy amount of work.
Story building was great! Felt like flustered grump in my own apartment. Then I was also the irritated fish feeder shoving meals into their faces - quite the odd get up!
I felt like collecting the tips was a bit of a disconnect from the gameplay loop - like there should have been more focus on the difficulty or tediousness of feeding customers.
Thank you for the feedback! I think you bring up a good point, there could have been more interesting/challenging mechanics for feeding customers. That gets somewhat addressed later in the game with other subtypes that have unique mechanics, but it should have been more of a focal point in the development process. Thank you for playing!
The game was amazing, and the graphics were stunning! I especially loved the moving font and the Sans-like voice on the TV. The story, gameplay loop, and theme were really enjoyable, although the game felt a bit long for me. By the way, the fish-man character looked fantastic! I'm personally not a fan of the dialogue boxes and 'life' bars at the top of the characters in game, but maybe that was the best approach for the game. Overall, it's a great game and definitely underrated!
Wow, thanks so much for the feedback! Yeah, I agree with you, the UI was more of a bandaid fix than a proper solution. There are also better ways to teach the player their role and indicate customer frustrations (animations was my ideal solution). Thank you so much for playing!
this was SO much fun. i didnt expect this to hook me, the gameplay was simple and just wow.
story was also nice, the idea is cool, the situation in the world, and the blob fish guy talking about his crumbled life was sad and funny somehow
great game!
I'm glad you liked it, thank you for playing!
Wow this game is amazing and I really like the story! Good job!
Thank you for playing!
I have to concur with other commenors that this game looks really nice and has a fun central loop! This is the best 3D game Ive played this jam! Great job
Thank you so much for playing! I promise to beat that last level of yours one day, mark my words...
Hee-ho. Very fun game. Thanks for nice experience
Thank you for playing Jack Frost/Mora!
This game is amazing! I am blown away by the sheer amount of stuff you managed to get in in only a week!
The game is also longer than the average game I've played, but it earns all that extra play time by having a very fun gameplay loop. Those long-necked big guys are tough, first time I died was when they showed up. The sketchy stranger is a great mechanic, and I loved listening for his approach and turning around at just the right moment to stick a flare to him.
Wow I think out of everyone, you definitely played it the longest. It's a huge compliment to see that you enjoyed it for so long, thank you so much for the kind words! Also good job getting that far in the first place, most people that I've seen play it died way sooner than that hahaha.
Amazing writing!
Brilliant use of assets and the short time for the gamjam. Really feels like a complete package, The Living room area, the store and then the city(just lacking a menu haha).. Had some sweet Resident Evil vibes.
The enemy variety is great and genius(Using the same assets in different funny ways to create more enemy types!!! Loved it!).
The Sneaking leather suit man OMG, you killed me!
- The connection to the theme was a bit weak though
Overall, it is one of the best submissions on the jam, great job!
Thank you so much for your comment, it made me smile when I read it. You give out some good points too, definitely going to need to whip up a boilerplate menu for future jams... I agree with the theme being the weakest, I tried to weave it into the story but there were definitely better ways to incorporate it.
P.S. I tried to take a picture of my final base in Stack Island to show you. The picture did not turn out very well...
Hahahaha the picture turned out perfect! it shows exactly the intended feel of Ragdolling the SHIZ OUT when dying XD
Thank you so much for the positive review and kind words! you made my day!
This game is pure brilliance! The design, mechanics, and overall feel make it stand out in every way. It’s a joy to play, and the effort behind it is clear.
Thank you so much for the kind words! I just finished playing yours, you're a wizard making that outside a game engine haha.
Real fun game, the mutants are a cool idea!
Good Work!
Thank you for playing!!
i had an absolute blast. walk cycles have peaked with this game. the controls are smooth. found no bugs. i left my physical body behind and became a fish-slinging, stranger-detecting vessel of god with a mind filled only with the desire to provide perfect customer service
Thank you so much for playing, and for commenting so I could see your amazing game!
I actually couldnt clock out! (Quit) But I like the game, it was rather simple yet fun. Good mechanics and it looked rather polished in terms of gameplay because I encountered no bugs or glitches. Nice job!
Thank you for playing! Yeahhh, now that you mention it, I definitely should make a blueprint main menu/settings that I can use between jams haha. Good feedback.
