I really like the music aside from the artifacts, that may be a mixing issue.

I think the color theory could use some work, because the pillars don't stick out great, come to think of it, it feels kind of flat in general, and hard to understand at a glance.

Looks like you have a knack for simple, but charming animations with the swim and hurt animation.
You could gather more interest by thinking outside the box conceptually.

Fun game! Nice and simple with pretty decent graphics, the only thing really for me is the enemies could have been a little more obvious, as at first they looked lke just fish swimming in the background, but otherwise I quite enjoyed the game!
