Very interesting idea and even the style. I like te idea to write things and to build the story on something that has been written. I like that everything happens in a city, and I would suggest to avoid any idea correlated with open spaces, woods, mountains and other natural environments.

I like very much the suggestions about personas and lugares; you could include more suggestions: objects, sentiments...

On the contrary, the rules about biforcation, the management of the story, how the role of master is changed, what exactly people can or cannot do, are still not very clear, and probably you are working on that. As MrValis I am not sure what you mean when yous say "the chapter may preserve the unity of space or time, but not both"

Probably the game does not deserve to be played in more than one day.

Finally, the end of the game seems a little "soft"; but again, I think you wanted to do so

Thank you for the feedback! Some great points for clarification. :)

What's a good length of play needs to be worked out in testing, I suppose. My estimation was that with a chapter length of about two hours, some setup before that probably takes half an hour or more, we're talking more than six hours for three players. I tend to play short sessions, so that would definitely be more than one for me. But maybe shorter chapters will work better to make it a one-session experience.

The game is a fascinating reading and perfectly captures the feeling of Borges' style of writing; many times I've smiled while reading the text. Also, I really appreciated that the author tried to tie those references to rules and not just suggestions (like "passing the turn with a dismissive gesture").

I'm not sure I understood correctly the rule about bifurcation, namely "The chapter may preserve the unity of space or time, but not both".

I think that - similarly to my own game - "La ciudad" can actually be played consistently in a single session (I must admit I didn't take the restriction of "play this game in multiple session" as a fundamental one; on the other side it was not strictly part of the theme, rules or ingredients...).

Very curios about playing it.

Thank you for the high praise!

I definitely need to clarify the unity of drama part. I liked the phrase, but I suppose it's not self-explanatory. :)
