from the intro i was already so pumped for this one. and goddddd it hit. i loved the formatting, i loved the slow vibes of it, i loved the exploration of axels character through mullens perception. ‘you dont take a man who has nightmares of burning to death and tell him to go fight fires’ made me hhhh. this was really gorgeous, and thoughtful, and is really just sitting with me now ive finished it. wow
MAN. this is a relationship i don’t know much about but this zine alone was enough to flip me over into adoring them. the collage style was really neat and it serves the story so well
the relationship between these two is so special, genuinely, and this zine manages to capture that with succinctness and heart and so much more. i don't think i have the words to properly describe how this zine made me feel, but let me say this: it's really such a beautiful, special, important piece of art, and i'm so glad you chose to share it with all of us. thank you, and incredible job.
There's something really special about this. I think it's a lot of things, some of which aren't even in the text itself, but all in all this is beautiful. Axel and Mullen's relationship is so, so spcial.
