I got a C! Best score xD good game, obviuosly cluncky at start, but after 3rd round got used of it. Shield blocked my view a little bit, but i managed. ;)

There's a lot this game has going for it. The movement is really clean, sound effects are weighty and awesome, and voice acting is appropriately over-the-top. I was drawn to the most fun part of the game, which is running around and shooting enemies, but the ranking system and the power system both discourage using your gun, since you might as well just hold up your shield the whole time and dash. Trying to kill every enemy wasn't viable since power drains fast and there aren't many reliable ways of getting it back (enemies will miss you when you're going fast, so you have to stand still if you want to absorb from shield). I also felt like I was missing out on a lot of what the levels had to offer when going for A+. I realize this is a critical comment, especially for a jam game, but I want to stress that I really enjoyed this game. I thought it was fantastic, with incredible visuals, mechanics, and level design. I hope you keep working on it!

This was incredible. I really liked the movement, and the level design. I even got A+ on everything. I just want more of this.

Voice acting and presentation was great, too. I think this is a good base for something larger.

Game simply freezes once you reach the ultimate batery of power, don't know if that's intentional. Regardless of that, very cool concept and pretty fun game overall.
