That’s a pity you spent too much time on shaders but Damn! does it look great!

I was very hyped by your concept and was very disappointed when it ended. Loved that you put a kind of post-mortem though.

The art and music where very good!

Hope you’ll finish it.

Thank you!

Developer

Thank you for your positive response!

I remember thinking it's better for my game to be polished but unfinished, rather than vice versa. Boy, was I wrong.

Really loved the idea with this game, it's got great potential! The sounds were nice and didn't get annoying, the concept was unique, and the graphics were great! Definitely keep working on this, it looks very promising.

Developer(+1)

I wasn't really confident in my sounds, thank you for your encouragement!

This is a well polished game if I may say; the arts, sound, and gameplay of it is polished. Got hyped on it but there weren't enough of it.

But hey for 2 weeks and this experience I got to say. Kudos to the developer!!!

Edit:

+1 for Godot

Thanks, I've still got a lot to learn!

Wow! The idea, art and sound are awesome!

Similar to the previous comments, I  wanted to play more of it! I would be glad to try it if you decide to continue on with this project.

(I love the fact you can break the sound when switching on and off too much on the menu, got me a laugh!)

How did you make the "TV screen effect"?

Developer(+1)

I'm glad you liked it!

TV screen effect is just a homebrew pixel shader I made while learning the shading language. If you want more info on that, I'd recommend searching for CRT or LCD shaders.

Have to say I'm a tad disappointed, not because the games bad, but because I was looking forward to playing it a lot, was getting hyped for it, but it was a nice experience, would definitely play a finished version

Developer

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind when I'll revisit the game!

It's unfortunate that you weren't able to finish this game, because everything here looks and feels fantastic to play - the production quality is something I'd expect out of a multi-month project and not a two week endeavour!

Although perhaps not really a game, it's clear there's the beginnings of something really nice here, and your honest reflection on the jam as a whole is really what matters - it absolutely isn't wasted time and you've still showcased a lot of talent.

If you end up taking this concept further, I look forward to seeing it!

Thank you for giving it a try!

I didn't expect this game to expose my weakness. Now I know I should work on my pacing before starting any big projects.
